I’ve been self-employed for the last decade as a newborn & children’s photographer (Stay Gold Photography) and have degrees in Psychology (UofW) and Social Work (LU) which have come in handy in both a professional sense and as a writer. I currently live in Alberta, Canada with my husband and our three beautiful kids.
My photography, poems, and short stories have been published in newspapers and literary magazines across Canada, the US, and Australia. Most recently, my dance photography appeared in The Broken Plate magazine out of Indiana in the fall 2020 edition.
I am an avid supporter and fan of other indie authors and their books. In 2020, I began doing author interviews (The Innovators). I plan to do more book reviews and occasional author features on this blog in 2021.
Currently, I have three writing projects in the works: a poetry collaboration, the final installment of my Hope Quest trilogy, and a children’s poetry book.
Subscribe to my blog to stay up to date with my book reviews, indie author interviews, as well as my own indie author journey!
